How to match and proceed with Add on items ?
The Add on items viz. RSVP set, thank you cards, place cards, program cards and booklets, carry bags, menu cards, save the date cards, address labels (transparent and paper stickers) and sweet & chocolate boxes are shown online and can be matched with your selected preferred design. In case you are unable to find matching / coordinated add on items online, we will develop the same for you (material color and theme similar to selected card) and will provide layouts and digital proofs on placing sample or bulk order.

Do you provide printing services?
Yes, we provide high quality printing in diverse languages viz., Arabic, Spanish, French, Gujarati, Hindi, Urdu, and English etc., provided the desired text is given in the preferred language. Generally the Sample comprises of blank inserts, envelope, etc., hence to enable you to appraise our printing quality, other text printed invitations/inserts are sent as accompaniments with the ordered sample.

How can I place an order?

What is delivery time for sample order?
Samples shall be delivered within 3-5 days depending on the destination, through international couriers with tracking facility.

Sample Cost Adjustments?
Sample cost inclusive of shipping, is 100% adjustable on placing Bulk Order to our company and this amount will be deducted from your bulk order invoice.

Is there any Text Printing with sample order?
The sample ordered is accompanied by other text printed invitations/inserts, to enable you to comprehend our printing quality. We provide high quality laser printouts of your desired text on one of the selected design if submitted during sample order process.

What about taxes/levies/custom duties / VAT when the cards arrive?
Any Custom duties, local charges and VAT charges, any relevant charges by courier, Credit Card Company or bank, are payable by receiver (if applicable).
USA : There is no extra cost other than invoice value and if applicable as such we cannot calculate or charge you for these taxes and duties.
Canada : GST and PST is applicable. Europe : VAT applicable on all imports above the value of 50US$. Every effort will be made to deliver the product you have ordered as per your required delivery date and without costing extra to the customer.

How do I send my desired text for the invitation?
You can send your desired wordings/text in the form of e-mail as word file (.doc). Also you can send the text directly as part of e-mail. Another option is through Link given on home page 'Send your text here'.

What is the invitation proof procedure?
We create the digital proofs in two business days after receiving the text wordings exactly on the same selected card / inserts / envelope / rsvp / thank you cards / place card etc. in form of jpg format. After forwarding digital proofs, you can suggest changes and corrections as required and we will re-work and send the proofs immediately within 24 business hours. Once the proof has been finalized it takes five to seven days to make the final card ready with printing and production.

Can I order samples before I place the actual bulk order?
Yes, you can place sample order. Ordering of sample preceding the bulk order, is a commendable practice as it enables one to determine the product quality and to avoid any future confusion.

What is the minimum time of delivery for the Bulk order?
Generally 4-5 days subsequent to placing an order/ approval of digital proofs in case of opting for text printing. The dispatches shall be via international couriers like dhl , ups and FedEx.

Do you offer matching mailer envelopes, RSVP cards, Thank You cards, Program Cards or additional insert papers for your invitations?
Yes, for every invitation style available on our site we offer matching RSVP cards, Thank You cards & Program cards, Mailer envelopes for scroll invitations ( FREE) on the basis of same design, theme and material.

Do you provide Guest Name printing?
Yes, we provide Guest Name Printing & Return Address for a envelope with a font of your choice. The guest list must be e-mailed in a word doc. file.

Can I place urgent/rush order and whether any extra charge is leviable for the same?
Yes, we cater for urgent orders and generally there is no extra charge for it however if you need 100% guaranteed deliveries within a short span of time then it is better to take a fixed delivery schedule. In this case mention in your mails that you need the order to be delivered urgently.
The urgent order fee in this case may vary between 50 usd to 75 usd. The urgent order delivery time is between 1-4 days.
In case we fail to adhere to fixed delivery schedule in case of urgent orders then only the urgent order fee will be refunded. Please not that the normal delivery time is 3-14 days.

Exchange Policy:
Only Blank Cards can be exchanged.
In case of exchange, shipping costs from India to the destination point will be deducted. Also 5% of the total costs incurred will be retained towards handling and processing fee.
All items must be returned in their original packaging along with a copy of the invoice and these must be packed together in a secure, tamper-proof box. We do not accept partial or used packs of supplies or items returned in envelopes.
Refund of exchange amount, if any, will be proceeded with after the receipt of exchanged goods in good condition.
Exchange amount is the difference between the original amount paid including the shipping cost reduced by cost of other card selected including the shipping cost thereof as further reduced by charge towards processing and handling fee.

Multiple Recipients in one country or different countries.
We can send the selected card to multiple recipients in one country or multiple countries. In this case, please send details viz. the number of cards and request destination over email. The shipping to each country / destination will be charge separately.
